Nigeria LNG Limited (NLNG) is one of Africa’s leading LNG producers committed to nation-building through sustainable investments in education, community development, and youth empowerment. Through its scholarship programmes, NLNG continues to support high-achieving students across the country.
The NLNG Undergraduate Scholarship Scheme 2026 supports outstanding Nigerian undergraduates with an annual award of ₦300,000, renewable based on academic performance.
The scholarship aims to promote academic excellence, reduce financial barriers, and contribute to Nigeria’s human capital development. NLNG ensures inclusivity and encourages applications from Persons Living with Disabilities (PLWDs).
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be a Nigerian citizen residing in Nigeria
- Must be a full-time first-year student in the 2025/2026 academic session at a federal or state-owned university
- Must have five (5) O’Level credits in one sitting, including Mathematics and English (WAEC, NECO, or SSCE)
- Must be between 18 and 25 years old
- Must not be receiving any other scholarship or financial award
- Must not be a spouse, child, ward, or direct relative of NLNG staff
Scholarship Benefits
- Annual scholarship award of ₦300,000 per recipient
- Renewable throughout the duration of the undergraduate program based on academic performance

- University & JAMB admission letters
- University student ID card
- NPC-issued birth certificate
- Local Government Identification Letter
- National Identification Number (NIN) Slip
