Job Description
As a BD Associate, you will play a critical role in driving the firm’s growth strategy by coordinating legal directory submissions, supporting business development initiatives, and fostering client engagement. This hybrid role is ideal for a motivated legal professional with a strong business mindset and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the drafting, review, and timely submission of entries to legal directories, rankings, and awards.
Identify and execute business development opportunities in alignment with the firm’s strategic goals.
Conduct legal research to support proposals, pitches, and client initiatives.
Collaborate with senior partners and the BD team on firm-wide growth strategies.
Maintain client-focused initiatives and ensure consistent relationship management.
Monitor market trends to align BD strategies with evolving client needs and legal industry developments.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience coordinating executive calendars across different time zones using Google Calendar.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Team player with sound judgment and discretion.
Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Proficiency with digital tools like Excel, Google Docs, and other office management software.
