Job Description

Coca-Cola HBC Nigeria is currently hiring for multiple roles across various regions. Passionate professionals with relevant experience are invited to apply for the following positions:

1. Finance Governance Lead

Location: Edo, Kano, Lagos – Nigeria
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Provide plant-level support on process governance and compliance.

  • Ensure proper execution of audit recommendations and act as the single point of contact during audits.

  • Coordinate plant audit reports and asset governance routines.

  • Oversee inventory and raw material controls for policy compliance.

  • Ensure governance over long-outstanding Goods in Transit (GIT) and sundry asset sales.

  • Participate in stock counts and support plant finance on ad hoc tasks.

2. Premium Spirits Account Leader – Off Trade

Location: Abuja – Nigeria
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Lead execution of sales and marketing in off-trade channels.

  • Build strategic relationships with key accounts and cross-functional teams.

  • Execute consumer promotions and maintain product visibility.

  • Analyze market trends and implement sales initiatives.

  • Achieve targets for product launches and customer engagement.

3. Premium Spirits Account Leader – On Trade

Location: Lagos – Nigeria
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities :

  • Plan and execute brand-aligned promotions and events.

  • Drive sales growth and manage volume, revenue, and market share.

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships.

  • Oversee debt collection and daily outlet visitations.

  • Contribute to team goals and support peer development.

Qualifications & Requirements

Qualifications for Finance Governance Lead:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

  • 4–6 years of experience in finance or operations.

  • Strong SAP and internal system skills.

  • Professional certifications (e.g., ICAN, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.

  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and compliance-driven

 

Qualifications for Premium Spirits Account Leader – Off Trade:

  • BA/BSc/HND in a relevant field.

  • Minimum 5 years’ FMCG experience, including 3 in a sales leadership role.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Experience in premium spirits or alcohol-based product marketing.

  • Strong analytical, planning, and presentation skills.

 

Qualifications for Premium Spirits Account Leader – On Trade

  • BA/BSc/HND in a relevant field.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG (Alcoholic Beverage/Premium Spirits Category), including 3 years in sales management.

  • Commercial and customer marketing experience required.

  • Excellent sales, communication, and analytical skills.
