The ideal candidates should possess strong leadership abilities, proven sales success in the real estate sector, and experience managing property projects and sales teams.
Job Description
Projects Supervisor
Supervise and coordinate real estate development projects.
Monitor project execution to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with project standards and company policies.
Prepare project progress reports.
Head of Sales
Lead and manage the sales team.
Develop and implement sales strategies.
Drive property sales and revenue growth.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and investors.
Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are achieved.
Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc. or HND) in a relevant discipline.
Relevant professional sales certifications are an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in real estate and investment sales.
At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Proven experience achieving sales targets within the Lagos or Abuja property market.
Experience marketing and selling land, residential apartments, commercial properties, and investment packages.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
