Lead, Customer Experience
  • Location: Lagos
  • Category: Customer Care
  • Qualifications: MSc / BSc / HND, ITIL Certified
  • Experience: 8–10 years in customer service (3+ years in management)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage Call Center BPO partners
  • Ensure customer service quality standards and training delivery
  • Monitor KPIs (AHT, FTR, SLA adherence, etc.)
  • Coordinate process compliance, invoice validation, agent recruitment, and certification
  • Manage escalations, service improvements, and training audits

Operations Reporting Analyst
