Job Description
Air Peace is seeking a skilled Call Center Officer to oversee the operations of its customer care team. This position requires a dynamic leader to train, manage, and support call center agents, ensuring top-notch service delivery and smooth communication with customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the call center agents

Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations

Monitor calls and report on agent performance and KPIs
-
Resolve escalated customer complaints effectively
-
Manage call schedules, breaks, and staff attendance
-
Maintain updated records and on-call schedules
-
Ensure agents meet performance standards and follow procedures
-
Prepare reports to assist management in goal setting
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

At least 5 years’ experience in customer service, with 3 years in a supervisory role (preferably in a call center)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong command of written and spoken English

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.)

Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes

Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
