Job Description
We are hiring a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for documentation, correspondence, record keeping, and ensuring smooth daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, including email correspondence, generating and distributing memos, spreadsheets, forms, and letters.
- Receive, document, and coordinate company mails, documents, and correspondence.
- Liaise with regulators, customers, and partners to gather feedback and maintain relationships.
- Assist operations team with logs and production documents for compliance.
- Draft letters, proposals, presentations, and Excel sheets.
- Maintain filing systems, contact database, employee records, and inventory.
- Perform other assigned administrative duties.
Qualifications & Requirements
- University degree (BA/BSc/HND) in humanities, administration, or related fields.
- Prior experience in office management is an added advantage.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and expenses.
- Experience developing internal processes and filing systems.
- High level of professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
