Job Description

Kloverharris Limited is seeking a NYSC HR Intern to support its human resources operations in Lekki, Lagos. This role provides hands-on experience in HR processes, making it ideal for corps members looking to build a career in human resources.

Key responsibilities

  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Supporting documentation and employee record management
  • Helping coordinate HR activities and administrative tasks
  • Assisting with internal communications and HR reporting
  • Providing general support to the HR team

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Currently serving in the NYSC program with at least 10 months remaining
  • Must reside in or around Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
