Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- ICAN Certification (mandatory)
- 0 – 2 years of relevant experience
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools (knowledge of accounting software is an added advantage)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a structured finance environment
