Job Description

Available Positions

1. Inventory Officer – Ado Ekiti

The Inventory Officer will oversee warehouse and inventory operations, maintain accurate stock records, supervise stock movement, and ensure efficient inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, store, and issue inventory items
  • Maintain inventory and warehouse records
  • Reconcile physical stock with inventory systems
  • Source suppliers and obtain quotations
  • Conduct routine stock-taking and inventory audits
  • Monitor stock levels and remove obsolete items
  • Ensure proper warehouse organization and item identification
  • Update inventory databases regularly
  • Inspect supplied items for quality compliance
  • Maintain asset and spare key records

Qualifications & Requirements

  • BSc/HND in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in inventory management
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills

2. Telematics Officer – Nasarawa

The Telematics Officer will manage GPS tracking systems, monitor fleet operations, and support vehicle recovery and operational efficiency through real-time vehicle monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and manage GPS trackers on vehicles
  • Maintain telematics records and tracking databases
  • Monitor live vehicle locations through IoT platforms
  • Support fleet recovery and collections teams
  • Detect suspicious vehicle activity and escalate issues
  • Analyze telematics data for operational improvements
  • Recommend improvements to tracking systems

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of OND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  • At least 2 years’ experience in fleet management or vehicle tracking
  • Good understanding of telematics and GPS systems
  • Strong technical and analytical skills

3. Telematics Officer – Osogbo

The Telematics Officer will oversee vehicle tracking activities, maintain telematics systems, and support fleet monitoring operations within the Osogbo region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and monitor vehicle tracking devices
  • Maintain telematics records and SIM/IMEI databases
  • Monitor fleet movement and reporting systems
  • Support recovery operations with location tracking
  • Analyze operational data for efficiency improvements
  • Escalate abnormal vehicle activity to management

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of OND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of fleet management and GPS systems
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
