Job Description
County Cargo is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join its team in Lagos. The role involves managing customer interactions, handling data, and supporting digital operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely support
- Managing and updating customer data across digital platforms
- Assisting with social media engagement and content handling
- Maintaining accurate records and reports using spreadsheets
- Supporting daily operations and taking on additional responsibilities when required
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Familiarity with internet-based tools and digital platforms
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be punctual, reliable, and proactive
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Key Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (data entry, formatting, analysis)
- Understanding of social media platforms, content management, and engagement trends
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
