Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Representative to act as a vital link between customers and technical teams. The role focuses on selling tailored power solutions, managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development & Prospecting
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the power generation sector (industrial, commercial, government, and utility clients).
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through networking, cold calls, referrals, and industry events.
Sales Presentations & Negotiation
  • Present and explain power generation solutions (gas/diesel generators, backup power) to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored technical and commercial proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close deals.

Market Research & Intelligence

  • Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer needs in the power and energy sector.
  • Provide actionable feedback to management on product development, pricing, and marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • BA/BSc/HND in a relevant discipline.
  • Proven sales experience in a related field is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
