Job Description

Available Positions
1. Consultant Psychiatrist / Clinical Director

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, discharge planning, and aftercare.
  • Provide comprehensive individualized risk assessments and contribute to care planning.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director and multidisciplinary teams in delivering care.
  • Run family sessions in line with treatment plans.
  • Provide clinical leadership, coordinate with partner hospitals, and supervise clinicians.
  • Organize and supervise weekly clinical meetings.
  • Support business development opportunities in the Abuja region.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • MBBS degree.
  • Postgraduate Fellowship in Psychiatry.
  • Current registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
  • Post-Fellowship clinical experience.
  • NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
2. Admin Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily administrative operations and act as a liaison with clients.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, billing, and record-keeping.
  • Manage and update customer databases.
  • Ensure smooth flow of information within the organization.
  • Oversee supplies, logistics, and facilities management.
  • Support business teams with proposal development and client engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • B.Sc./B.A. degree (additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus).
  • 2–5 years of proven work experience in administration and customer service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Reside in or willing to relocate to Port Harcourt.
3. Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new markets, clients, and partnership opportunities.
  • Build and manage relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop business strategies, proposals, and marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare reports, contracts, and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to ensure competitiveness.
  • Manage and grow the client base while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • B.Sc. degree in Marketing or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development.
  • Knowledge of healthcare or behavioral health sector preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target-driven with proven sales and client relationship management skills.
