Job Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving set sales targets. The role requires a proactive individual who can manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and provide accurate product information.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to departmental growth.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide feedback to management.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and manage the sales documentation process.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and test drives for potential customers.
  • Oversee the vehicle delivery process, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Keep customer database updated and submit periodic sales reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales (automobile industry experience is an advantage).
  • Must reside on the Island (Lagos).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service abilities.
  • Good organizational, reporting, and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
