Job Description
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving set sales targets. The role requires a proactive individual who can manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and provide accurate product information.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to departmental growth.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide feedback to management.
- Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and manage the sales documentation process.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives for potential customers.
- Oversee the vehicle delivery process, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve complaints professionally.
- Keep customer database updated and submit periodic sales reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (automobile industry experience is an advantage).
- Must reside on the Island (Lagos).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and customer service abilities.
- Good organizational, reporting, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
