Our client, a leading FinTech company located at Smart Village, is seeking a highly skilled Senior System Engineer to design, implement, and support its corporate hybrid server environment. This role will also manage IT assets, helpdesk operations, data storage, and backup systems.
Job Description
The Senior System Engineer will oversee the corporate server infrastructure, ensure secure and efficient operations, and provide technical leadership in managing IT systems and support teams.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of corporate servers and data systems.
Install, configure, and maintain primary and secondary Storage Area Networks (SANs).
Manage a virtualized server environment using Microsoft Hyper-V.
Provide support for M365 hybrid setup.
Plan and manage data backup operations using Veeam.
Supervise the Help desk/Technical Support team across HQ and branches.
Apply system patching and mitigate security vulnerabilities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Certifications:
B.Sc. in Engineering or Computer Science.
Certifications: MCITP, MCSE, CCNA, MCSA.
M365, Azure, Entra ID certification (mandatory).
Experience:
5–8 years in implementation and support of corporate servers, applications, Active Directory/Entra ID, M365 hybrid environments, server virtualization, Veeam backup, and SAN management.
Skills:
Excellent command of English (verbal & written).
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
Continuous learning mindset, keeping up with emerging technologies.
