Job Description

LifeBank Nigeria is currently recruiting for its 2025 Graduate Internship Program, offering early-career professionals the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in key operational areas. The available positions include:

1. People Operations Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions.
  • Manage job postings across boards and social media platforms.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate schedules with hiring managers.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment pipelines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • B.Sc./HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and HR processes.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.

2. Customer Service Agent (Hausa)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through calls, chats, and emails.
  • Accurately process orders and coordinate deliveries.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Escalate complex cases for timely resolution.
  • Record customer interactions and maintain accurate logs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold company reputation.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service or communication.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be fluent in Hausa.
