Available Positions
1. Brand Officer
The Brand Officer will manage and strengthen the Foundation’s brand identity across all communication channels, ensuring consistent messaging and impactful storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain brand strategy across platforms
- Develop campaigns, reports, and digital content
- Design visual materials (social media, flyers, reports)
- Manage digital presence and monitor brand performance
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience
- Strong storytelling and branding skills
- Proficiency in digital and social media platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
2. Research Manager – Africapitalism Institute
The Research Manager will lead research initiatives and position the Africapitalism Institute as a thought leader in entrepreneurship and economic development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute research strategies
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research
- Analyze large datasets and generate insights
- Publish policy papers and research reports
- Build partnerships with institutions and policymakers
Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s degree (PhD preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years’ research experience
- Strong publication record
- Expertise in data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, Stata)
- Experience in policy and academic research
3. Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer
The M&E Officer will design and implement monitoring systems to evaluate the impact of TEF programmes across Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop M&E frameworks and conduct impact assessments
- Manage centralized data systems
- Perform data quality checks and reporting
- Document lessons learned and best practices
- Support programme and communication teams
Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in M&E
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Experience with Excel, SPSS, or BI tools
- Ability to work in multicultural environments
