Job Description
AI Acquisition seeks a Virtual Assistant (Campaign & Cold Email Infrastructure) to manage, optimize, and monitor high-volume outbound campaigns. This role requires technical expertise in cold email systems, deliverability management, and data enrichment tools.
You will work remotely in a full-time capacity (40 hours per week), collaborating with global teams and directly contributing to client success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead List Management
- Scrape, clean, and enrich leads using Clay, Apollo, and similar tools.
Campaign Creation & Optimization
- Build and optimize cold email campaigns in Instantly.
- Revive underperforming campaigns and refine copy for higher engagement.
Direct & Indirect Campaigns
- Manage cold outreach and indirect methods like podcasts, interviews, and roundtables.
Email Infrastructure Setup & Management
- Configure domains and DNS (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Manage inbox setup, warm-up, rotation, and health.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Use tools like GlockApps, Folderly, and Postmaster to track and improve performance.
- Provide detailed performance reports and insights.
Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
Technical Skills
- Proven success managing cold email campaigns using Instantly.
- Strong experience with Clay, Apollo, and data enrichment workflows.
- Hands-on knowledge of DNS, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and deliverability management.
- Familiarity with GlockApps, Folderly, and inbox warm-up processes.
- Strong copywriting and optimization skills.
Soft Skills
- Excellent written communication.

- Comfortable in fast-paced remote environments.
Experience
- Demonstrated success managing cold email campaigns (portfolio/examples required).
