Job Description
Ribap Networks Limited seeks a highly capable Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and provide both strategic and tactical leadership across the organization.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), this role requires a proactive professional who can serve as the operational backbone of the company — translating strategy into execution, driving efficiency, and ensuring consistent project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, ICT Management, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations management, preferably in ICT, ISP, or technical services.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in negotiation, vendor management, and service delivery.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and sound decision-making ability.
