Job Description
The Dangote Cement Management Trainee Programme 2025 is an 18-month accelerated development journey designed to prepare high-potential professionals for leadership roles within the organization.
Participants will gain hands-on experience across key business areas, benefit from executive mentorship, and work on real projects that drive strategic business outcomes.
Programme Highlights
- Complete a one-month classroom immersion on business strategy, economic analysis, and leadership.
- Participate in structured rotations across Operations, Commercial, and Corporate functions.
- Engage in site visits and extended assignments at major plants and depots.
- Contribute to high-impact projects that address strategic business priorities.
- Take part in leadership labs focused on personal mastery, team management, and enterprise leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Aged between 28 and 35 years.
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
- 5–10 years of relevant work experience.
- Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) (for technical roles).
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with comfort in data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Resilience and adaptability to thrive in demanding industrial environments.
