1. POS Business Officer
The POS Business Officer will be responsible for expanding Polaris Bank’s merchant network, ensuring optimal POS terminal performance, and enhancing customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate installation and activation of POS terminals.
- Acquire and onboard merchants for POS deployment.
- Monitor POS transactions and performance metrics.
- Maintain merchant relationships to drive retention and satisfaction.
- Resolve technical and operational POS issues.
- Promote POS usage to increase transaction volumes.
- Generate analytical performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with bank and regulatory policies.
- Collaborate with technical teams and vendors for maintenance.
- Cross-sell other Polaris Bank products.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- B.Sc. or HND in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in electronic banking or POS operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of POS hardware, software, and networking.
- Familiarity with CBN/e-payment regulations.
2. ATM Business Officer
The ATM Business Officer will manage and oversee Polaris Bank’s ATM network operations, ensuring maximum uptime and customer satisfaction through efficient self-service banking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor ATM uptime and performance.
- Coordinate cash loading and maintenance schedules.
- Manage vendor relationships and service-level agreements.
- Resolve ATM technical and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with internal control and regulatory policies.
- Prepare and analyze ATM performance reports.
- Identify opportunities for network optimization.
- Support product innovation in self-service channels.
Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in IT, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in ATM or e-banking operations.
- Excellent knowledge of ATM systems, software, and connectivity.
- Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and database reporting tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of industry compliance requirements.
