A reputable Oil & Gas servicing company is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee inventory control, tools management, and warehouse/store operations within its base operations.
Job Description
▪️ Manage inventory documentation for supplies, tools, and equipment
▪️ Ensure safe keeping and proper handling of company tools and records
▪️ Record all tools/materials received, issued, or sent for repair
▪️ Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment for field personnel
▪️ Verify that tools and equipment meet required specifications
▪️ Prepare materials and tools for operational use
▪️ Coordinate movement of materials within and outside the base
▪️ Issue waybills for tools moved out of the base
▪️ Prepare monthly inventory and operational reports
▪️ Conduct periodic stock taking and reconcile stock records
▪️ Tag fixed assets and participate in annual fixed asset counts
▪️ Maintain minimum stock levels and follow up on replenishment
▪️ Notify end users upon receipt of materials for inspection
▪️ Fix status tags on tools and equipment in the store
▪️ Carry out other assigned duties as required
Qualifications & Requirements
✔️ Minimum of 7 years’ experience in an Oil & Gas company
✔️ Strong experience in inventory management and store operations
✔️ Good knowledge of stock reconciliation and documentation processes
✔️ Ability to manage tools, materials, and equipment efficiently
✔️ Strong organizational and reporting skills
