We are seeking a hands-on Food Production Supervisor to oversee daily production of snacks, party starters, and soups in a fast-growing factory environment. This role combines operations, quality control, and team supervision.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
▪️ Supervise production of snacks, party starters, and soups
▪️ Follow and enforce recipes and production procedures
▪️ Operate production and sealing/packaging machines
▪️ Ensure consistent taste, portioning, and product quality
▪️ Supervise and coordinate production assistants
▪️ Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards
▪️ Monitor raw material usage and reduce waste
▪️ Keep accurate daily production records and reports
▪️ Support operations during bulk orders and peak periods
▪️ Troubleshoot production issues and maintain workflow efficiency
Qualifications & Requirements
✔️ OND / HND / B.Sc. in any relevant field
✔️ Practical experience in food production, catering, or kitchen operations
✔️ Strong knowledge of Nigerian snacks and traditional dishes
✔️ Experience in a food factory or commercial kitchen is an advantage
