We are recruiting on behalf of our client — a UK-based education charity dedicated to supporting underprivileged children in Nigeria through access to quality education.
The organization seeks a creative and passionate Digital Marketer to amplify its online presence, engage supporters, and tell powerful stories of impact across multiple digital channels.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social media, email, and paid platforms.
Manage and update online content to grow audience engagement and visibility.
Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
Create and distribute newsletters while managing the subscriber database.
Produce and edit short-form videos that tell the charity’s impact stories.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend data-driven improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements
✅ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably within nonprofit or social-impact sectors.
✅ Strong skills in email marketing, paid advertising, and content management.
✅ Proficiency with tools such as Klaviyo, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, and CapCut (or equivalent).
✅ Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
✅ A self-motivated and creative individual passionate about education and social change.
