Job Description

The Customer Experience Officer will be responsible for managing patient interactions, improving service delivery, and ensuring an excellent customer journey across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will focus on maintaining positive relationships, resolving complaints effectively, and implementing strategies to enhance overall patient experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in customer service or client experience management (preferably in a healthcare or service-oriented industry).
  • Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer feedback management tools.
  • Excellent emotional intelligence and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
