1. Public Relations Specialist
Job Description:
- Develop and implement effective PR strategies to promote brand awareness.
- Build and sustain relationships with media houses, influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Draft press releases, speeches, and promotional materials.
- Manage communication during product launches, events, and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage, preparing performance reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to maintain message consistency.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- B.A./B.Sc./HND in Mass Communication, Public Relations, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Public Relations or Communications.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of media relations and brand management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
2. HR Supervisor
Job Description:
- Lead initiatives that foster employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace grievances.
- Liaise with outsourcing agencies for contracts, transfers, and new hires.
- Process monthly payroll and compile sales reports from the DMS platform.
- Maintain and update HR databases and personnel records.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years HR experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- In-depth understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
3. Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Job Description:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Support the development of HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead initiatives that foster employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
- Must reside within or near Ogba, Lagos.
