Job Description
The Storekeeper will be responsible for efficiently managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods and materials. The role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper stock rotation, and supporting day-to-day operations by keeping supplies organized and readily available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store goods following company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and transactions.
- Prepare requisitions and distribute materials to relevant departments.
- Ensure goods are properly labelled, dated, and rotated.
- Monitor inventory to prevent shortages or excesses.
- Keep the store area clean, safe, and well-organized.
- Assist in periodic stock audits and reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE/WAEC and a maximum of OND/HND.
- Proven experience in storekeeping or inventory management is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Must be residing in or willing to relocate to Abuja.
