Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative at Chowdeck, you will play a vital role in ensuring that customers, riders, and vendors receive exceptional service and support. You’ll serve as the primary contact for customers via chat, phone, and email, resolving inquiries and ensuring a smooth delivery experience.

This position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support Chowdeck’s dynamic operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and professional assistance to customers, riders, and vendors via chat, calls, email, and social media.
  • Manage customer orders, including modifications, cancellations, and refunds, ensuring accurate resolution.
  • Stay updated on app features, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
  • Document and maintain an updated knowledge base of customer support interactions.
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service according to company standards.
  • Escalate unresolved cases and coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical or operational issues.
  • Provide actionable feedback to improve user experience and service quality.

Qualifications & Requirements
