- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience working with training or data teams is an added advantage

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum of 4 years HR experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations
- Experience working with outsourcing agencies and managing documentation
- Proficiency in HR software tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
