Job Description
Etcon Analytical is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Exhibition Support) to assist in managing customer engagements during exhibitions, product showcases, and corporate events.
The role focuses on client interaction, administrative coordination, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout exhibition activities.
Key responsibilities
- Welcoming and attending to clients and exhibition visitors.
- Providing product and service information professionally and accurately.
- Supporting event coordination and booth activities.
- Managing inquiries, complaints, and customer feedback with a calm, solution-oriented approach.
- Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and communication logs.
- Assisting with administrative duties related to exhibition operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1–5 years’ experience in customer service, events support, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm and professional in high-traffic or fast-paced environments.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic administrative and computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends during exhibitions.
- Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
