Available Positions
1. Senior Sales Development Representative (Africa)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new qualified sales opportunities across strategic African accounts.
- Execute prospecting strategies via email, social media, cold calling, and qualification calls.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to drive revenue growth.
- Manage discovery calls and meetings for Account Executives.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years experience in SDR/BDR or related sales roles.
- Experience working with mid-market or enterprise clients.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
- Interest or experience in fully remote work environments.
2. Advocacy & Events Community Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong online and offline communities.
- Create engaging content including newsletters, blogs, discussion prompts, and FAQs.
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person community events.
- Manage ambassador, champions, and innovators programs.
- Track community engagement metrics and optimize strategies using data insights.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in community management, marketing, or engagement roles.
- Experience managing ambassador or volunteer programs.
- Strong event planning and content strategy skills.
- Familiarity with community platforms such as Slack, Discourse, Circle, and CRM tools.
3. Oracle Database Administrator (Remote – Contract)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support mission-critical Oracle databases hosted on AWS.
- Perform database monitoring, tuning, backup, and recovery using OEM and RMAN.
- Support disaster recovery and high-availability solutions such as Oracle Data Guard.
- Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to optimize cloud infrastructure.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as an Oracle DBA in enterprise environments.
- Strong AWS cloud experience (EC2, RDS, VPC, S3).
- Experience with SQL Server is an added advantage.
- Strong scripting and automation skills (Bash, SQL, PL/SQL).
4. Director, Technical Learning Solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale enterprise technical training programs (AI, Cloud, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity).
- Manage and coach Learning Managers delivering large-scale reskilling cohorts.
- Collaborate with enterprise clients on learning program design and delivery.
- Track learning outcomes, certifications, and performance metrics.
- Drive innovation in learning platforms and assessment tools.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 10+ years experience in learning & development or technical training.
- 3+ years leadership experience managing teams.
- Strong client-facing and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Experience delivering large-scale enterprise technical learning programs.
