Job Description

Fitcare Health is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead brand growth, digital strategy, and campaign execution. This is a full-time, on-site role for a results-driven professional with proven experience working with strong consumer brands, agencies, or high-performing marketing teams.

The successful candidate will oversee brand campaigns, content direction, digital platforms, and customer acquisition strategies while ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage brand campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• Direct content strategy, including what content should be filmed and published
• Oversee performance across social media platforms and the company website
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency
• Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations
• Track marketing performance, analyze results, and optimize strategies
• Drive customer growth and engagement through digital channels

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, brand, digital, or growth roles
• Proven experience working with premium consumer brands (beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or similar sectors)
• Strong understanding of Instagram, websites, and online sales funnels
• Up-to-date knowledge of digital trends and viral content strategies
• Familiarity with marketing and content tools including:

1. Meta Business Suite
2. Instagram
3. Canva
4. Google Drive
5. WhatsApp Business
6. Basic website platforms (Shopify, WordPress, or similar)
7. Basic design tools and AI prompting tools

• International brand or agency experience (UK/US standards) is a strong advantage
