1. Junior Visual Designer
Job Description
Duplo is hiring a Junior Visual Designer to support the creation of engaging visual assets across digital platforms. The role involves graphic design, basic motion graphics, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency and deliver high-quality creative outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design visual assets for digital platforms and marketing campaigns
- Create basic to intermediate motion graphics and short-form videos
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative materials
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and growth teams
- Manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines
- Incorporate feedback and continuously improve creative output
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in graphic design, visual design, or related field
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Basic to intermediate experience in motion graphics and short-form videos
- Strong eye for layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling
- Ability to work with brand guidelines across multiple assets and regions
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment
- Portfolio showcasing design/motion work is required
2. Backend Engineering Intern

Qualifications & Requirements
