Job Description

Applications are invited from qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Customer Service Executive Supervisor (CSS) at United Nigeria Airlines.

The successful candidate will supervise daily station operations, customer service activities, baggage handling, ramp operations, and passenger management while ensuring safety, efficiency, and on-time flight departures.

The role also involves coordinating operational teams and acting in the capacity of Station Manager when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise station operations and ensure smooth daily activities
  • Ensure on-time aircraft departures and operational efficiency
  • Coordinate customer service agents, security staff, ramp agents, drivers, and baggage handlers
  • Monitor compliance with ramp safety procedures
  • Ensure passengers and baggage manifests are accurate before departure
  • Supervise arrival and departure operations
  • Handle disruptions and operational emergencies professionally
  • Ensure operational manuals and airline procedures are followed
  • Prepare and submit required operational reports
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards

Qualifications & Requirements

  • HND or B.Sc. in any discipline
  • Higher degree is an added advantage
  • Minimum of four (4) years relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Ground Operations Handling is an advantage
  • Ability to multitask and work late hours
