1. Training Officer
Job Description
The Training Officer will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering training programs to enhance employee performance and organizational capacity.
Qualifications & Requirements
Formal Education:
- Degree in Management, Social Sciences, Education, IT, Psychology, Statistics, Business Management, or related fields.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs (e.g., Health & Safety, IT, Technical, and Management Development).
2. Executive Assistant
Job Description
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring seamless operations and effective coordination at the leadership level.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives, preferably at the C-suite level.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
