The Direct Sales Agent (DSA) will be responsible for field-based direct sales and marketing of financial products across Lagos Mainland and assigned areas.
This role focuses on customer acquisition, deposit and investment mobilization, account opening, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Job Description
Source and onboard new customers across assigned locations
Market savings, investment, and related financial products
Open customer accounts and ensure accurate documentation
Mobilize deposits and investments in line with company targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Follow up to ensure retention and repeat business
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of HND or BSc in any discipline
Experience in sales, marketing, banking, finance, insurance, telecoms, or FMCG is an added advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
Ability to work independently in a field-sales environment
Good knowledge of Lagos Mainland is highly preferred
