Job Description
The Creative Technologist will work at the intersection of product engineering, design, and innovation. The role involves building prototypes, designing scalable digital systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge fintech products.
Candidates must be capable of turning ideas into working solutions quickly while maintaining strong architectural thinking and technical quality.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in product engineering, design engineering, innovation engineering, or similar hybrid roles.
- Strong understanding of frontend development (React / Next.js preferred).
- Experience working with API-driven systems.
- Working knowledge of backend architecture principles and scalable system design.
- Demonstrated UI/UX design capability using tools such as Figma or similar.
- Experience using AI tools or integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into product workflows.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to assess long-term architectural implications.
- Ability to rapidly move from concept to functional prototype.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas to technical and executive stakeholders.
- Experience in fintech or regulated environments is an advantage.
