Job Description
The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, responding to customer inquiries, and supporting the brand’s communication and engagement efforts.
The role also requires basic content creation skills, including shooting and editing short videos for promotional or customer engagement purposes.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide assistance when needed.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support.
- Create simple video content for customer engagement and brand promotion.
- Shoot and edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar editing applications.
- Maintain a professional and friendly customer service experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to work on-site full-time.
- Must reside within or around Ajah, Sangotedo, or Ikota in Lagos.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to shoot and edit short videos using CapCut, Canva, or similar apps.
- Creative mindset and ability to engage with customers effectively.
