Frutta Foods is currently recruiting an Administrative Officer to support its office operations in Lagos, Nigeria.

Job Description

The Administrative Officer will be responsible for coordinating office activities, maintaining administrative systems, and supporting daily business operations within the organization. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative and office operations.
  • Maintain and organize office records, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Support internal teams with administrative coordination and logistics.
  • Ensure efficient office management and workflow processes.
  • Assist with communication and coordination between departments.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative role within an FMCG company.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with general office administration and management tasks.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
