Job Description
The Rand Merchant Bank Nigeria Graduate Trainee Programme offers recent graduates the opportunity to build professional careers in the banking and financial services industry. Selected candidates will receive structured training, hands-on exposure to banking operations, and mentorship from experienced professionals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1).
- Applicants must not be older than 25 years at the time of application.
- Applicants must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme on or before December 31, 2025.
