Job Description
Deloitte Nigeria is inviting applications from qualified graduates for its 2026 Early Career Programme. This graduate recruitment initiative provides opportunities for young professionals to begin their careers across several business units within the organization.
Successful candidates will undergo structured training and gain hands-on experience while working with professionals on real client projects. The programme focuses on developing technical knowledge, analytical abilities, and leadership potential.
Available programme tracks include:
Audit & Assurance (A&A)
- Consulting – including Strategy, Risk & Transactions Advisory and Technology & Transformation
Tax and Legal Services
- Participants will work with experienced teams, apply modern professional tools, and contribute to solving business challenges for clients.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND from a recognized university or polytechnic.
- Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or Upper Credit or equivalent.
- At least five O’Level credits, including Mathematics and English, obtained in one sitting.
- Must be 26 years old or younger at the time of application.
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
- Candidates must not have previously taken the Deloitte aptitude test.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
- Willingness to learn and build professional expertise within the programme.
