Job Description
Bukka Hut is offering a 3-month intensive Graduate Trainee Programme designed to develop future business leaders within the QSR industry. The programme combines classroom learning and hands-on operational experience, with a strong foundation in restaurant operations.
Trainees will gain exposure to multiple business functions including Operations, Finance, Marketing, People & Culture, Internal Audit, and IT, preparing them for long-term career growth within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in training sessions and rotational assignments across departments.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of work experience (Entry-level role).
