Available Positions
1. Admin Officer
The Admin Officer will oversee facility operations, ensure compliance with safety standards, and manage maintenance activities within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance and cleaning teams
- Ensure proper functioning of facilities and equipment
- Monitor safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate building maintenance and renovations
- Prepare reports and manage documentation
- Liaise with government agencies
- Track energy usage and operational efficiency
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND
- NEBOSH/IOSH certification
- Knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations
- Familiarity with Nigerian labour and safety laws
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Technical understanding of facility operations
Salary Range
₦200,000 – ₦300,000/month
2. Account Officer
The Account Officer will support financial operations by managing transactions, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Process vendor payments accurately and timely
- Maintain financial records and documentation
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Handle vendor communications and inquiries
- Support monthly financial processes
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage confidential information
Salary Range
₦150,000 – ₦200,000/month
3. Finance Manager (Technical Role – HVAC/Refrigeration)
Despite the title, this role is technical and focuses on installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain refrigeration and HVAC systems
- Diagnose and repair equipment faults
- Interpret technical schematics and blueprints
- Manage maintenance tasks and equipment upgrades
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Qualifications & Requirements
- Relevant technical qualification or certification
- Experience as a refrigeration technician
- HVAC certification required
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work in demanding environments
Salary Range
₦150,000 – ₦200,000/month
