Job Description
Wale University is seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Design Intern to join its team in Lagos. The role involves supporting design projects, creating visual content, and collaborating with teams to deliver engaging digital materials.
Key responsibilities
- Designing graphics for digital platforms and communication materials
- Supporting branding and visual identity projects
- Collaborating with team members on creative concepts
- Managing multiple design tasks and meeting deadlines
- Assisting with motion graphics or video content (where applicable)
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software
- Ability to use AI-powered graphic tools (added advantage)
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative (including virtual) environment
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus
