Job Description
Greensprings School is seeking a dedicated and responsible House Mistress to support student welfare and provide supervision within the school environment. The role involves caring for students, maintaining discipline, and fostering a safe and supportive atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Supervising and caring for students in residential or assigned areas
- Supporting students’ personal and social development
- Maintaining discipline and ensuring adherence to school policies
- Acting as a role model and providing guidance to students
- Collaborating with staff to ensure student well-being
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must possess a Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong ability to work with, care for, and supervise young people
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to relate well with students
- Willingness to work in a multicultural environment
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and lead by example
