Job Description
erpSOFTapp is seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Officer to support its HR functions at both strategic and operational levels. The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, and HR processes to ensure smooth organizational operations.
Key responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Screening applications and shortlisting candidates
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews
- Providing feedback to candidates after interviews
- Conducting onboarding and induction for new employees
- Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
- Monitoring employee timesheets and compliance
- Preparing HR reports and supporting HR analytics
- Ensuring implementation of HR policies and procedures
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a Social Sciences or related field
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in an HR role
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
- Experience working with HR systems and metrics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships at all levels
- Ability to work independently and within a team
