Job Description
Kloverharris Limited is seeking a NYSC HR Intern to support its human resources operations in Lekki, Lagos. This role provides hands-on experience in HR processes, making it ideal for corps members looking to build a career in human resources.
Key responsibilities
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Supporting documentation and employee record management
- Helping coordinate HR activities and administrative tasks
- Assisting with internal communications and HR reporting
- Providing general support to the HR team
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Currently serving in the NYSC program with at least 10 months remaining
- Must reside in or around Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High level of professionalism and integrity
