Job Description
Available Positions
1. Regional Officer
The Regional Officer will lead student recruitment and outreach activities within assigned regions, driving enrolment and building relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target prospective secondary schools and coaching centres
- Analyse regional data to identify high-potential student markets
- Maintain a database of prospective students and leads
- Organise outreach activities such as school visits, career fairs, and open days
- Deliver presentations promoting the university’s programmes and scholarships
- Build relationships with school administrators and education influencers
- Guide applicants through the admission process
- Follow up on leads to improve conversion rates
- Submit regular reports on outreach performance
2. Clerical Staff
The Clerical Staff will provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth coordination of outreach and admission activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage phone calls, emails, and general enquiries
- Schedule appointments and travel arrangements
- Maintain and update student and lead databases
- Assist with document filing and record keeping
- Support event logistics and coordination
- Handle petty cash and basic administrative transactions
- Prepare simple reports and data summaries
Qualifications & Requirements
Regional Officer
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is an advantage)
- 3–5 years’ experience in recruitment, sales, PR, or event management
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Ability to work with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Willingness to travel frequently (50–70%)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Clerical Staff
- Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification
- 1–2 years’ experience in administration, reception, or data entry
- Good typing and computer skills (MS Office & Google Workspace)
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines
