A fast-growing snack manufacturing company is seeking experienced Sales Executives to drive market expansion, partnerships, and revenue growth for its snacks and chin chin brand.
Job Description
▪️ Develop and execute sales strategies across supermarkets, distributors, and open markets
▪️ Identify and secure new wholesale and distribution partnerships nationwide
▪️ Manage relationships with existing partners for repeat sales and visibility
▪️ Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and promotional deals
▪️ Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis
▪️ Monitor competitor activities and market trends
▪️ Collaborate with production and logistics teams for order fulfillment
▪️ Represent the brand at trade shows and activations
▪️ Gather customer feedback to improve products and sales strategy
Qualifications & Requirements
✔️ Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
✔️ Minimum of 3 years experience in sales (FMCG preferred)
✔️ Proven success in meeting targets and managing key accounts
✔️ Experience closing large-scale retail or wholesale deals
✔️ Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship skills
✔️ Good analytical and forecasting ability
✔️ Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) & Google Workspace
