Job Description
The programme is designed for recent graduates looking to build careers in strategy consulting, business analysis, and problem-solving within a global consulting environment. Successful candidates will work alongside experienced consultants and contribute to projects across different industries.
As a Graduate Analyst, you may be involved in:
- Conducting business and market research
- Analyzing client performance and operational data
- Supporting consulting teams on client projects
- Preparing reports, presentations, and recommendations
- Participating in strategy development and implementation initiatives
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across regions
Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of a Second Class Upper degree from an accredited university
- Bachelor’s degree completed within the last two and a half years
- Candidates should have completed NYSC or be awaiting call-up
- Strong academic performance and analytical ability
- Demonstrated leadership, extracurricular activities, or awards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
Associate-Level Requirements
For candidates applying as Associates or Senior Associates:
- Preferably completed or currently completing a Master’s or PhD degree
- Minimum of:
- 3+ years relevant work experience for Associates
- 5+ years relevant work experience for Senior Associates
- Strong professional and leadership track record
